Halloween

I've been so insanely busy recently. Unfortunately that means I haven't been behind the camera as much. But that will change once things settle down a bit. (I hope!)

I have so many jobs to keep up with and I'm having a hard time juggling it all - my mind is mush! On top of that I'm  mommy, and of course, I want to make time for fun things like camping, parties and cooking. How can I do it ALL?!

I'm just now getting to my Halloween photos...
Halloween was so much fun this year. We had a party at our house and there were kids EVERYWHERE (over 15 kids!). It was so wonderful. They were all dressed up and so excited about everything. We went trick-or-treating, and when we came back the kids ran wild in the backyard chasing monsters (any adult was a monster...) Kids make the holidays so much more fun. Halloween is quickly becoming one of my favorite days of the year!

It's crazy to think about how much all these kids have grown since last year.

Your little boy is such a cute little baby chick! I can't wait to have kids and have fun parties like these. And I have to ask, what are those faces made out of in that soup/cider? So eerie and fun!

Hi Brittany!! Those heads are carved baked apples. Pretty cool huh?!? I believe the recipe/instructions for this is from Martha Stewart.
