Cauliflower Pizza

Can I tell you what I made?

I made a Cauliflower Pizza Crust with Pea/Kale/Basil/Mint Pesto, Garlic Confit, Oven Roasted Tomatoes, Roasted Homegrown Zucchini and bacon.

Did it take forever to make? Yes. Did I have a good time making it? Yes, while drinking mimosas. That always makes things more fun.
Was it good? You know it!

Those look stunning!! I've been wanting to try cauliflower pizza crust for a while, but haven't (don't know why!) I think you finally have me convinced to just go for it!
