Day After the Rain

The day right after it rains is the best; the air is clean, crisp and clear. There are big puffy clouds and bright blue skies... And in this case, snow in the mountains.

The day after it rained we took a day trip up Hwy 2 and stopped at Haramokngna Cultural Center. We feel extremely grateful to live so close to such beautiful mountains! This little area, Haramoknga, is where four local Native American groups would meet in the summer for trade.
