We harvested our little carrots this last weekend. It was our first success growing them, and it gave us a little boost of confidence in the vegetable growing department. In an attempt to use up every last carrot I hope to make this carrot salad and if there are still carrots left, then maybe I will make these carrot cookies again. But really, I think we could just snack on these and they will be gone in no time... all that water, love and anticipation and it's eaten up so quick...
Next up are our tomatoes... hope those guys do well!

we just harvested our first crop of carrots and Ive been juicing them every morning. Isnt it fun enjoying the bounty we grow? beautiful photographs!
